Joel Mullen was an outstanding technician. He immediately diagnosed the problem with our door system and presented us w a number of repair options and recommendations. We pretty much chose an overhaul w a new motor, rollers and electrical system. His installation was excellent. A second tech arrived and the job was completed! Joel then assisted us in downloading apps, creating Bluetooth connections etc to include reprogramming our autos. Very outstanding and both techs great ambassadors for your company.

Our garage door opener had stopped working post-hurricane. Via Angi, found Precision Door Services. Contacted them late on a Friday and had a tech out at 8AM Saturday. The tech, Thomas Norman, was great. Explained everything about the garage door and what was needed. Ended up with a much better system than before. Everything was done in a few hours, so great service.

Precision Door Services came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. It was easy to book an initial diagnostic visit and once the problem was identified and how to correct it- a little bit more involved as it was an old garage door set- the repair and installation of a few new parts including remote keypad was done diligently. Technicians were friendly, explained everything well and office staff made sure to send reminders and check in after the work was done. You cannot go wrong with them and I highly recommend them.

Job: Garage Door Single door torsion conversion with Liftmaster 8155 7’ belt rail & 1 remote. Easy online booking appointment, even got a next day appointment on a Saturday! Technician Joel M. called when on his way and sent a text with his picture. Joel was very professional, had expert knowledge and skill set. I knew I was in good hands with getting my 43-year old garage door up to code (new springs, rollers, etc.) and a new Liftmaster garage door opener installed. All required parts were on the truck and job was completed in under 3 hours. Thanks so much Joel!

Mr. Norman gave us our 30 minute warning and arrived as stated. Got right to work. Initial proposal was for a total overhaul of the door's hardware. The expensive cost would probably be worth the investment if we had extra dollars about and were planning on staying in the property for many years to come. Neither of these applied. Therefore, Mr. Day and myself settled on doing what was necessary to keep the door working in a satisfactory way at a more acceptable cost to us. Mr. Norman worked quickly and quietly and the work was completed within an hour. Our garage door now operates as it should. Mr. Norman did an excellent job of explaining what he was doing and why. Very professional. Very polite. Precision Doors is fortunate to have such a good employee.

Our garage door broke over the weekend and they sent someone out Monday morning to diagnose the issue and to make the repairs. The technician (Joel) was knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. I appreciated the time he took to explain the problem and potential solutions, including the cost of those solutions. Our new system came with a phone app and he also took the time to help set everything up and to troubleshoot a few tech issues. No one wants unexpected repairs, but when they do occur it’s nice to have some like Joel to address them. Overall this was a great repair experience!

The technician who came today (Michael) was very courteous and professional. After checking every part of the Sommer garage door opener and repeated attempts to ascertain why it was not working, he was able to align the sensors correctly so that the opener now works. The only drawback is that your company does not carry the Sommer garage door opener line (e.g. for any future replacement parts).
