So happy with my decision to call Precision. My 30÷ year old garage door didn't stay down so, after searching on line called them since same day service was offered. Joel and his trainee arrived within the agreed upon time frame, did the testing and told me all that was that needed to be done, just about everything but the door itself. Estimate was quoted. I asked how long the work would take and when Joel said he would start now and be done within 2 to 3 hours I gave him the go ahead. Work was completed within that time, pretty quietly, with garage left in great condition. Joel was professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and gentlemanly as was his trainee. I will recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door service.

Submitted an online service request later in the evening, my door was having a meltdown. Not an emergency but important. Got a call the next morning we hadn't finished breakfast yet. Tech could be here 10-2. Tyler called, 10am arrival. Half hour, all the issues repaired and adjusted. Reasonable price and great response. Tyler was very prompt, knowledgeable and got it fixed. Would certainly call again.

We chose Precision from reading the customer reviews on your website and Google review. Thomas and Pedro came and I explained the problem that the door were unbalance after I installed fiberglass insulation. They surmised that the springs that were undersized from the builder, they installed higher capacity springs and upgraded the center bearing from plastic to metal. I would highly recommend Precision and their crew.

Found Precision on the internet. They set up an appt for early the following day. Kept me informed when the tech was going to arrive. The tech - Tyler - arrived on time, assessed the problem. He said it was the board in the motor. Ended up replacing the motor and upgraded the springs. Work was completed in less than 2 hours. Tyler was on time, professional, and a pleasure to work with.

We contacted Precision Door Service after we had some work done by another company and wee not happy with it. We knew that Precision worked in OTOW and decided we would try Precision. WE called and were given a date and time. The service person called and let us know that he was on his way. After a thorough inspection he advised us as to what needed to be done and gave us a price. WE decided to go ahead with the job. The service person was one of the nicest people we have worked with. He explained everything so we could understand it. He went over everything when he finished. I chose Precision Door Service because of their 5 star rating. This I found while searching for a garage door service company on the internet . I was shocked to here that a tech would be at my house in about 4 hours to assess my problem, explain what needed to be done, and give me an estimate. In fact, the tech, Tom, was at my house in 15 minutes! I knew that the track on my opener was bent and needed replaced. In addition to that, the springs were worn out, the motor, from a foreign country — ( very difficult to adjust—-a fact that I was all to familiar with) was too small for the weight of my door. The lift wires were frayed etc., etc., etc.. Say no more, put a whole new system in. I asked when the job could get done. Tom’s answer: “right now! It should only take me a little over an hour”…. So as not to be in Tom’s way, I took my bike for a ride (and visited with a friend for 20 minutes). Seven miles later, I returned to find my new door opener installed and Tom was fine tuning the operation of it. One word describes the work that Precision Door Service does——- “PROFESSIONAL”. I certainly give “Precision Door Service”a five star rating !!
