Joel & Thomas arrived on time (quick response) and were very professional and knowledgeable in repairing my door. They showed and explained each item that was in need of replacement or adjusted and gave options to upgrade parts at my discretion. An estimate was given before work was done. Couldn't be more pleased with the excellent customer service! After calling Precision Door this morning to explain the problem with my inoperable garage door and MyQ system, Joel arrived a few hours later. With patience and determination, he was able to figure out the problem and make the necessary repair. He did not leave until all remotes and the system was working perfectly. Totally impressed with Joel Mullen and Precision Door company!
