When I was unable to open my garage door and it was making some type of horrible noise my neighbor came over to help. What ever it was, it was beyond anything we could do. My neighbor then recommended your company. I tried several other companies a robo voice told me that the company could not get to me until Monday at the earliest. Your tech was at my home within several hours and fixed everything. I give you a 20 out of 10. The tech sent over was smart, quick and a pleasure to work with.

Prompt, on time. Of course when the service tech showed up, my door worked fine! Hadn’t worked in two weeks and refused to go down. I guess it was scared of him. Anyway he checked everything out, took pictures for estimates of upgrades or future repairs and was very kind. Definitely will call them back when I need work done again.

Your people were great. I might say I was disappointed in the product accessories. Would have like to have 2 wireless openers instead of the one. I happened to have a wireless key pad opener that I had previously purchased, that your representative was nice enough to set it up for us.

Beau & Thomas arrived sooner than expected which was great. They immediately saw what my problem was with my garage door and explained in detail what was required to fix it. After agreeing on a very reasonable price they went right to work and and did not stop until everything was in perfect working order. They also helped with a remote from my car to open my garage door that know body incuding the car dealers service people could not do. They are exactly what the word "service" is all about. I required a weather stripping replacement on a 16 ft. Amarr door. Precision could get a technician me the following Monday. They arrived right on time, did the replacement, and did an adjustment when I noticed a gap at the bottom of the door. After they left I noticed some other inconsistencies from the outside. When I called back for another appointment one was given to me for the next available day. Again, the technician arrived on time, with a call before coming, addressed the issue, and provided several hints for maintenance for me. I was completely pleased with the service from Precision from start to finish.

I am new to the area and the belt on my opener snapped and I didn't know who to call. So I went online and looked over the one that were close by and then did a little research to look at who seemed the best of the three I had picked and could not picked a better place than Precision ! I was scheduled for a monday repair but they finished up a job early on a Saturday and called to see if they could come early. Great ! When they got here Scott & Roger looked over the whole condition of the door & opener and gave me some other things that could make the door run better and gave me the oppertunity to accept the extra work or not - No pressure. When done everything worked great and if I need repairs in the future Precision is who I would call.

First of all the website was impressive to view! I had called another company that had an "O" in its name & scheduled an appointment and waited all day for them, they never came and they never called!!! So I was doubtful of using another company! So I went on internet and saw PRECISION.... When I called the number it was late evening but Josh answered and was most helpful. Made an appointment for the next day and was even called before Scott & Dillion arrived a few minutes later. They were very courteous and helpful with the thorough inspection of our garage door. They replaced the bottom rubber seal and did a fine job, even though it was a small job we were treated with respect. They even did a follow-up call the next day to our surprise. We will be their "advertisement" on our street & neighborhood to recommend them!! We would certainly call PRECISION again for any garage door needs. Thanks to Tyler the wire that controls the garage door was severed and he was able to splice it back together in just a few minutes. At no charge! What a wonderful employee and company.
