Our garage door decided suddenly that it didn't want to close properly. I called Precision and they got me scheduled ASAP. I was given a 4 hour window. Scott called when he was on his way. Scott and Scott were on time and they knew what was wrong right away. They made the adjustments and my garage door was working again. We love Precision! They replaced our garage door opener and spring last year and we are very happy with their service and their staff. Scott was very knowledgeable and was happy to answer my questions and explain what he was doing. A+ service, 5 Stars, Highly recommend!!

The professional team from Precision Garage Door Service arrived the afternoon that I called with an urgent request for help. I had tried to open my garage door to drive my dog to a park when it began shaking violently, making loud noises, and not opening. I thought that it was going to fall on my car. The team, Scott and Joel, arrived and inspected the situation, taking many photos, and gave me several estimates ranging from the lowest to the highest quality parts and longest warranty. They gave me time to consider what I wanted to spend and the length of time of the warranty that I wanted. As I needed to replace the entire system, brackets, springs, motor, and the rotten wood that it was attached to on the garage walls, this was not a small job. I went with the highest quality and they ordered the materials on the spot. A different team was on the way within minutes, Tom and Tyler, to do the removal and installation. They worked until nearly 6:30pm so that the garage door would be safe and I could securely park my car again. I am very happy with the quality of the system. It is quiet and far better than the one that I had installed by a home improvement store. Their professional expertise is well worth the money. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors and want to thank both of these teams for their friendly and professional demeanor while we went through the process of diagnosing and repairing my garage door system.

SCOTT MAYHEW WAS FANTASTIC!! HE EXPLAINED I NEEDED NEW SPRINGS AND ROLLERS. HE ARRAINGED FOR TWO WORKERS TO BRING THE SPRINGS AND ROLLERS, THEN INSTALL THEM FOR ME. AFTERWARDS THEY WILL DO A SAFETY CHECK TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS WORKING CORRECTLY. i CALLED THIS MORNING AND THEY WERE OUT HERE AT 11:30. FAST-COURTEOUS-FAIR PRICES

I was concerned that one of my garage doors did not open completely. The technicians, Scott and Thomas, did a thorough evaluation of the situation and diagnosed several problems which most likely if not corrected would have caused a disastrous situation. For more than 5 years my garage has been used as a storage unit. So, when the garage door opener failed there was little reason to have it fixed immediately. Recently, however, my nephew came from Indiana to help his disabled uncle clean up the garage enough to park my car. I considered the local company that had provided all my previous service and recalled the last time when the technician came and was very rude about my inability to move some items quickly out of his way. I reviewed the other companies on the internet and chose Precision Door Service of Central Florida. I was able to schedule the appointment at my convenience online. At the appointed time technician Scott Mayhew arrived and evaluated my situation. He explained what needed to be done and what my options included. Once I decided on what I could afford to do he asked permission to return the following day to bring a trainee that he wanted to observe the service. He returned as scheduled and began the installation process. He explained each step that he would be taking and when finished he called me to the garage to go over his service. He provided me a service manual for the door opener and explained what I needed to do to maintain the equipment. Throughout the visit Scott was polite and informative. He readily answered all of my questions. At the completion he cleaned up after his work. Since there were some boxes that he needed to move in order to get to his work he returned them to their location ( big points for that) and left me as a very happy home owner. I heartily recommend Precision Door Service of Central Florida.

I called Precision Door and made an appointment to find out why my door was slamming shut. Scott called to let me to let me know when he would arrive. He was right on time. I previously had the springs replaced by another company. The other company came out and stated all was fine with the springs and tried to adjust the door closer. It did not help. Scott did a complete assessment of the problem and took time to adjust the closer. He did what the other company did not. That was to satisfy the customer. I greatly recommend Scott and Precision to anyone who needs garage door service. I would definitely use them again.

Precision Door installed a conversion package on my 1980s style door opener, and did so without a hitch. Scott came first to diagnose my problem and perfectly articulated the needed repairs and costs for me. He was courteous and efficient. Later that day, Kevin came to do the conversion, took just over an hour, and was also professional, skilled, and did a great job. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this firm to anyone.

My garage door would not open and it was Friday afternoon. I called a garage door company and they said they could help on Wednesday. I wouldn't have my vehicle until Wednesday. So, I called Precision and they said they could come out Saturday morning. Scott came out, gave an assessment, Chris came and installed the door. They were professional, timely and did great work! This is the best garage door company in our area by far!!!

Scott and Beau were the techs, on time, very professional and courteous. Quickly found the problem with the garage door opener. Did an inspection, gave their recommendations and explained everything. They did their work very quickly and In the end, the garage door was working and working better than before. Outstanding job guys!
