The technician who came today (Michael) was very courteous and professional. After checking every part of the Sommer garage door opener and repeated attempts to ascertain why it was not working, he was able to align the sensors correctly so that the opener now works. The only drawback is that your company does not carry the Sommer garage door opener line (e.g. for any future replacement parts).

I called Tuesday afternoon because my door was not closing, the opener would open but not close. Precision scheduled me an appointment for Wednesday morning between 8&12. Thomas arrived at 8:05 am. He was very professional and friendly and had the problem corrected by 9:30. Thomas was very thorough and provided multiple estimates.

From start to finish this was a great customer service experience! Precision does excellent overall communication as a company with follow-up before and after the repair. Thomas did quick work at our house and got our garage door working again but explained everything before beginning the repair. There were no surprise/hidden charges. And, Thomas was even able to come ahead of schedule! Well done!

Thomas and Mike were awesome. Super knowledgeable and friendly. They took time to do a full inspection before quoting the repair, which was very fairly priced with a 10 year warranty. Once finalized, it only took them 2 hours to replace all the parts and complete the repair. This garage door runs so smooth now, no noise! Not to mention, my wife called them yesterday on a Sunday at 5pm and they had 2 techs out first thing Monday morning!

I made the appointment at 4:30 on a Friday and they arrived by 5:00 ! I was given 3 estimates- 1. bare minimum, 2. Should do 3. Will need to do eventually ( which is exactly what I asked for) I am very grateful for your prompt response and outstanding service.

I told a friend that I was having issues with my garage door and he recommended Precision. The technician Thomas Norman was very polite and friendly. He was also very knowledgeable about garage doors and openers. We talked about my issue, which wasn’t an issue after all. We talked about openers, and he was very knowledgeable about them also. I told him that when it came time to replace my opener, that I would definitely contact Precision.

Thomas Norman did a great job for us. He was on time and called when 15 minutes out. Explained all my options and had all the materials to change out 2 older garage door openers with quiet, belt-driven Lift Masters. He changed out springs and rollers and leveled out the 2 tracks. He worked straight through until the job was finished. He explained all the functions and programed by remotes to my car. I was very impressed with the product and his knowledge, technical ability and work ethic.

Precision Door answers the phone at 6:30 AM! My door spring broke the evening before and I called at 6:30 the next morning to see if it could possibly be repaired that day. Jose (who took this call) was totally professional and on his game, even at this early hour. They were able to schedule service for me that same day, with a window of 8-noon. I got a call from the tech Thomas at 8:10 and he was en route already. He arrived at about 8:30 and after assessing my issue and giving me options for repairing the door, he repaired the broken spring and installed some upgrade parts that I chose for my 10 year old door and it's components. Amazing service, from start to finish. Thomas was thorough and professional. I will certainly use Precision Door when I have needs in the future.

Beau came out to look at our garage door that wouldn't close. He called me when he was about 20 minutes away, which I really appreciated because when you have a 4 hour window, you just never know! He immediately identified the problem and was able to fix it very quickly. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Our garage door is original to the home and needs to be replaced, so we decided to stick with Precision for the replace as well just because we were so pleased with everything. Four stars instead of Five because the technician was not able to come during the 4-hour window that was scheduled. He did, however, call to say he would be an hour late. Bearings were replaced, and there was no place on the survey to indicate bearings.

Within 2 hours of my first call, on a Saturday afternoon, Tyler arrived to fix the door. He replaced a broken torsion spring, a broken hinge, and the rollers. His work was excellent, and the door has never worked this well. I highly recommend them.
