I selected Precision because the advertising indicated that you have a large inventory. Scott Mayhew did an excellent job of assessing the damage which had been done to the garage door. I decided that I would rather have a new door and opener, and he carefully explained all the options. I agreed to purchase the new system. Scott fixed the existing door (which was cocked at an angle in the tracks) so that it was all the way down and can not be opened from the outside.

Scott was great! Excellent tech. Even though one door was in need of repair, he did a diagnostic on the other door to make sure it was in good operating condition and found issues. We knew that the door didn't sound right ever since we bought the house. He explained everything he needed to do and why he was going to change out specific parts. Scott repaired our door in a quick and efficient time-frame. We could not get in/out from the door. I called and was given a 2 hour time frame for service technician to come and give me estimate and Scott was here within the hour. Great service! Very thorough! I am totally pleased! The door wouldn't open or close and the motor just sat there and ran. They had someone here in an hour and a half; Fixed the problem in no time and replaced some ore parts. I would highly recommend them.

My experience with Precision Door has been a pleasure from start to finish. They were available to come to my home the day after I called, they installed a new garage door opener and did an overhaul on the parts that came with my old opener. When the installation was done, my garage door went from Clang, Bang to a whisper. What a difference! Our technician explained everything, answering all my questions and didn't leave until I fully understood how to operate my new door. Thank you Precision Door Service for a job well done. (BTW, this is the second time we have used this company. The last time was at our old house. The garage door worked as well after 12 years as it did the day Precision installed it!)

Informative email was sent prior to servicing day which gave information about the technician coming to the house. The technician patiently listened to the issue and in turn explained to me what was going on and gave the recommendation. The mechanical error got fixed and he also changed the rubber lining at the bottom of the door and adjusted it so as to make sure there was no gap at the bottom. Yes, I do recommend Precision Door Service !
