I selected PDS as they promised same day service. The person who came out was not a "fixer"...he was the "estimator"! Not happy with that... but the "estimator" promised someone would arrive that day to make the agreed upon repairs. After we signed the contract...OOPs there was a family emergency and the "fixer" could not come out that day. After a couple phone calls by the "estimator" it was agreed a "fixer" would arrive at 8:00 AM the next day. OOPs .. the "fixer" called something after 9:15 and said he was on his way from Orlando and would arrive in 35-40 minutes.. The "fixer" replaced the necessary parts and the garage door now works fine..... Far to much drama, we simply wanted a garage door that worked.

HERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE GARAGE DOOR. THE MECHANIC THE DAY BEFORE FAILED , EVEN THOUGH SHE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES, TO ENGAGE THE CHAIN DRIVE TO THE DOOR. THE NEXT DAY A DIFFERENT MECHANIC CAME TO THE HOUSE AND IMMEDIATELY ENGAGE THE DRIVE!

My old garage door opener failed I called precision in the morning and gave me a time when a tech would arrive. Scott, the tech, called and arrived on time installed the opener in less than 1 1/2hrs. Very polite cordial and professional.

Precision Door was excellent. This was an emergency - the door shut with my car inside. Precision Door was there is 5 hours and fixed the issue. I am very happy with my new system which is very quiet.

I don't know what is wrong with my garage door openers, but your price seemed very high. The door still opens with the wall control. The two clickers don't work. If you can offer the reason for such a high price, I may understand better

I had a broken spring and selected you from the phone book. The techs gave me several options to get my old system in good shape. I opted for a whole new system. Love it. Didn't know a garage door could operate that quietly. The techs were very efficient and explained everything. The installation left some filings, etc on the garage door which I vacuumed up in no time. If the techs were provided with a vacuum cleaner it would have a better presentation. Minor point.

My problem was not repaired, however, the service man did perform service I had not anticipated. The replacement of the door spring did seem to help with the ease of opening the door. However, the parts needed were not carried by the Precision Door service man so my initial problem has not been fixed. The service man did show me how to replace my door sensors if that is the problem and if I wanted to get the parts myself. I would have thought that since they did not have my parts to repair the door they could have purchased the parts and returned without service charge to actually correct the problem.

Rob Wiggens came by this am to fix my blown spring. He was able to be here about 40 minutes after my call and did an A+ job. Smart, personable and a fast worker. He left me a couple of estimates on replacement hardware as my current openers are pretty old and you'll get a preference from me when I get the project sorted out due to his performance. He's a credit to your company.

We were thrilled with Rob's professional and prompt service. We called on a Saturday morning about a broken garage door and received an analysis and Repair on the same day within hours. Rob did a thorough inspection of the garage door and the motor and found that the spring was broken and was also the wrong size. He was able to install new Springs on both sides of the door that were the correct size and gave us a very fair price. We highly recommend this company!

I want to comment on the tech you had come out to my house for the estimate I initially called for. Eric was great. He was very knowledgeable and really impressed me with everything he discussed with me about my garage door situation. I am shopping for information and for the way he treated me and presented himself you should be very happy you have someone like Eric working on your behalf.
