Excellent customer service from the initial call to the company at 6:30am this morning until now at 11:15!. A choice well made on my behalf to hire Precision. They understood my problem, had the Skills & Experience to perform the work, and the parts on hand. They were personable and were able to do it all in a timely manner. Customer service is alive and well at Precision Garage Door! This place sets the bar for how all service businesses should operate. I called just a day or 2 ago and was greeted promptly by Meghan, who made my appointment for today. Not only did my service tech Tyler Kohns show up on time, he had to wait on me to get there for about 5 minutes. He smiled and shook my hand, saying no worries and went right to work trouble-shooting my Genie 2028 opener. I reminded him that I need an estimate before he actually makes any repairs as I'm on a very strict budget. He found the problem in about 5 minutes, the sensor wire was broken. He fixed it plus reset the carraige, then made sure the wall pad plus both remotes were working correctly. I was kinda stressed out because he never gave me a quote and was worried he was going to jam me. lol...but he instead gave me an estimate for my springs to be installed as I have none now, and said no charge for today. I almost cried with happiness! It was a rough week and this young man was so kind, so quick and professional, and I was comfortable with him being in my home. A few neighbors saw the van there and asked me about the company, which I of course raved about, so expect a few more calls from my neighborhood. I called and bragged on him to the manager Anthony. Please keep this outstanding tech Precision, he's an asset to your company! This is how you do business right!

He was polite, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I will definitely use these folks again in the future.

I called Monday to have our garage door serviced (keypad was malfunctioning) and a technician arrived Tuesday morning to service it. He immediately identified the problem and fixed it within a few minutes. Additionally, he gave a thorough check of all components of the door - the opener, the door itself, the bearings, springs, etc. and made some recommendations. We are very pleased with this company, the technician, the service and the quality of work completed. We will definitely recommend them to others.

I chose Precision Door Service because of their 5 star rating. This I found while searching for a garage door service company on the internet . I was shocked to here that a tech would be at my house in about 4 hours to assess my problem, explain what needed to be done, and give me an estimate. In fact, the tech, Tom, was at my house in 15 minutes! I knew that the track on my opener was bent and needed replaced. In addition to that, the springs were worn out, the motor, from a foreign country — ( very difficult to adjust—-a fact that I was all to familiar with) was too small for the weight of my door. The lift wires were frayed etc., etc., etc.. Say no more, put a whole new system in. I asked when the job could get done. Tom’s answer: “right now! It should only take me a little over an hour”…. So as not to be in Tom’s way, I took my bike for a ride (and visited with a friend for 20 minutes). Seven miles later, I returned to find my new door opener installed and Tom was fine tuning the operation of it. One word describes the work that Precision Door Service does——- “PROFESSIONAL”. I certainly give “Precision Door Service”a five star rating !!

So happy with my decision to call Precision. My 30÷ year old garage door didn't stay down so, after searching on line called them since same day service was offered. Joel and his trainee arrived within the agreed upon time frame, did the testing and told me all that was that needed to be done, just about everything but the door itself. Estimate was quoted. I asked how long the work would take and when Joel said he would start now and be done within 2 to 3 hours I gave him the go ahead. Work was completed within that time, pretty quietly, with garage left in great condition. Joel was professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and gentlemanly as was his trainee. I will recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door service.
