William came to our home and he was great. He was very professional, explained all of our options,and he thoroughly went over the whole garage door and opener system. William was 15 minutes early and friendly. Adjustment made to move the drum the cable is attached to was hitting the top of the door. Dylan adjusted the drums about an inch higher which solved problem. Dylan arrived at promised time and was courteous and professional. Very pleased with new opener and also this unanticipated service call. I am recommending your company to all my acquaintances.

He refered to his computer and reset the linkage on the door. to be honest I was a little skeptical but to my surprise it has been working for 3 days. Garage door repair and new opener. I had a problem with my 10 yr old opener. I had called the company who installed it when the house was built(note: it was difficult to find a contact number since they are not listed in phone book). They could not come for 8 business days but I scheduled the appt anyway. Then I got a VALPAK in the mail and my wife was going through it and found your ad/coupon. The coupon had good information plus you have a web site. I dug into that and really appreciated all the info available (tech bios, drug testing policy, background checks, etc) so I decided to try to get you to look at it. I was surprised you could make it the same day. Dylan May did our work. Cannot say enough about him. Appt was for 4-6 p.m. and he arrived early and we were not home so he waited about 20 minutes. When I got home I apologized for not being there which he said was not necessary then he apologized for coming early but he was a little ahead of schedule. He proceeded to check our door and opener then explained all our options and why each thing was recommended. We opted for the "best" solution. He estimated about 2 hours for the job, had everything needed on the truck, finished exactly as promised then went over everything with us. I recommend that you hold onto Dylan, he is an excellent tech and he has management type potential in my opinion. I will recommend Precision Door to anyone I hear of looking for repairs or replacement. Thanks for the great service.

On Sat. Morning I wrote a review expressing how unhappy I was with my service call on Friday afternoon. within an hour of writing my review I received a phone call informing me that Scott,the owner of Precision door ,wanted to meet with me to discuss my concerns and inspect the work that was done on Friday. I was very impressed at the quick response that I received regarding my concerns. Scott came out on Tuesday morning with a technician, inspected the work, talked to me about my concerns, and explained a few things to me regarding the garage door. He offered to reimburse for my service call on Friday and fixed several issues with the door. How refreshing it is to find a business owner that still regards customer service as their number one priority. I was very impressed with Scott and would definitely consider using his company again.
