Mr. Thomas Norman came to my home and was highly professional. He explained my needs in easy to understand language and did the job in the same day! Thomas was neat, quick and my garage door now works better than ever. In today's world of poor workmanship it was a pleasure to find someone who is so professional and responsible. Overall excellent experience.

Prompt, on time. Of course when the service tech showed up, my door worked fine! Hadn’t worked in two weeks and refused to go down. I guess it was scared of him. Anyway he checked everything out, took pictures for estimates of upgrades or future repairs and was very kind. Definitely will call them back when I need work done again.

Your people were great. I might say I was disappointed in the product accessories. Would have like to have 2 wireless openers instead of the one. I happened to have a wireless key pad opener that I had previously purchased, that your representative was nice enough to set it up for us.

Service men called before showing up letting me know they were on their way. Both were in uniform and text they sent matched picture. Both were very knowledgeable, worked fast and communicated well. Beau & Thomas arrived sooner than expected which was great. They immediately saw what my problem was with my garage door and explained in detail what was required to fix it. After agreeing on a very reasonable price they went right to work and and did not stop until everything was in perfect working order. They also helped with a remote from my car to open my garage door that know body incuding the car dealers service people could not do. They are exactly what the word "service" is all about. We will highly recommend Precision Door Service to all of our freinds and neighbors. Harold Schuyler Ocala Preserve

I required a weather stripping replacement on a 16 ft. Amarr door. Precision could get a technician me the following Monday. They arrived right on time, did the replacement, and did an adjustment when I noticed a gap at the bottom of the door. After they left I noticed some other inconsistencies from the outside. When I called back for another appointment one was given to me for the next available day. Again, the technician arrived on time, with a call before coming, addressed the issue, and provided several hints for maintenance for me. I was completely pleased with the service from Precision from start to finish.

Their price was competitive and they were willing to replace our springs so we would have use of the current door while the new door was ordered. This was a deal-maker for me. Great service too!
