Great service! Very thorough! I am totally pleased! The door wouldn't open or close and the motor just sat there and ran. They had someone here in an hour and a half; Fixed the problem in no time and replaced some ore parts. I would highly recommend them.

My experience with Precision Door has been a pleasure from start to finish. They were available to come to my home the day after I called, they installed a new garage door opener and did an overhaul on the parts that came with my old opener. When the installation was done, my garage door went from Clang, Bang to a whisper. What a difference! Our technician explained everything, answering all my questions and didn't leave until I fully understood how to operate my new door. Thank you Precision Door Service for a job well done. (BTW, this is the second time we have used this company. The last time was at our old house. The garage door worked as well after 12 years as it did the day Precision installed it!)

He arrived and immediately diagnosed the problem, which went beyond my "dead" operator. I am quite pleased with Precision and would definitely recommend this company.

Our garage door spring broke so the door could not be opened. A service rep, Jesse, was out first thing the next morning. He was professional, and courteous. The decision was made to install a new opener as the current one was old. The new opened was installed quickly and everything was cleaned up afterwards. We love the new opener as it is very quiet. We have recommended this company to others and now have had the opportunity to experience their excellent service. We will continue to recommend them.
