He took time to explain what work needed to be done and why. Then he spent four hours carefully and skillfully installing everything. After he completed the installation he cleaned up everything and left it as he found it. Our garage door opener works very well and we are pleased with it. We are generally pleased with our experience your company, setting up the appointment, your flexibility in rescheduling it, the promptness in arriving, Zion's manner, professionalism, and skill was impressive, but we are left with the sense that we were charged more than we should have been, even with the 10% "discount". Jack Daniel, (yes it's his real name) deserves a shout out. He's the technician from "Precision Door" that repaired my broken garage door. He arrived right on time, was extremely polite and friendly and completed a major repair in a bout 45 mins. Sometimes we should just take the time to stop and reward excellent service. Called Precision Garage door service on January 29th, 2026 late afternoon, early evening because my garage door would not close all the way, about 6 inches from floor, the company was able to fit me in the next morning, about 7:50am I received a call from the technician Solomon, once he arrived he was friendly and courteous, Solomon accessed the situation and proceeded to repair the garage door while keeping me informed of the steps he was taking, also gave me advice on maintaining the garage doors, job was completed in a timely manner, would definitely used this company in the future

I called Precision Garage to schedule a service because our garage door (which was always loud and clunky) started to make more noise. They were able to schedule us for the next morning. Joel arrived on time and was friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and then did a very thorough inspection of the entire system- door, opener, tracks, wheels, hinges, etc. Once he was done, he discussed with me what he’d found. He showed me his areas of concern, and what areas were in good shape. Joel was patient with my questions, and even spoke with my husband on the phone, so that we both had a clear understanding. He was able to make our needed repairs the same day. Our garage door is now whisper quiet and works beautifully! Their work and materials came with nice warranty. We could not be happier. My torsion spring broke on Saturday, leaving my garage door useless. I called Precision and scheduled an appointment for today (Monday, 01/19/26) from 8-12 AM. I got a phone call and an email from Precision confirming the appointment. I got a call this morning advising me that JC was on his way to me. JC arrived and introduced himself, and was very professional. He looked over my door, prepared an estimate for parts and repairs, and within 15 minutes, he was ready to work. JC was a real pleasure to work with, and he explained the process as he went along. He finished the job by 11:15 and made sure everything was properly lubed and work top notch. My door is so quiet now that I can't hear it open and close. JC was knowledgeable and a great technician. There is no doubt in my mind that I will recommend Precision Doors to anyone who asks, including my friends.
