After agreeing with his plan, he immediately got to work, Joel restored and upgraded my garage door in a short time, and showed outstanding quality workmanship and detailed repair skills. Need to install a key pad to facilitate open and close the garage door. A friend recommanded Precision Garage Door Service. An appointment was made the day after I called. The technician came on time, he setup the key pad and mounted on the wall next to the garage door swiftly and professionally. He even lubricated the door joints and strengthen the track to reduce the noice the door makes when opening and closing. I am completely satisfied with his service and certainly will recommand this company to family and friends who need garage door services.

Was having issues with one of my garage openers. Beau came out and listened to my issues and evaluated my systems. Beau was respectful, professional and very knowledgeable. Beau gave me an honest evaluation of my equipment and several options to repair or replaced. He was not pushing anything and gave honest trustworthy advice. My garage door wasn’t working properly. I called Precision Garage Doors and was able to get a Saturday appointment. That alone, was a A+ for me. Then, Thomas comes to my home, immediately he was very impressive. Very polite, then in no time he has both doors working. Thomas is the BEST!!! While changing my rollers I screwed up and the cables came loose. They charged 350 dollars for an hours worth of labor to put my own cables back on. The invoice said rehang door. Will never call them again! The tech told me if I wanted the door quiet I would need to change to a belt drive. B.S I lubed it myself and now it's quiet!
