He advised us that the Spring broke because it was not sufficient for the size of our door and that we needed 2 springs to lift the garage door. Now the door moves better than it ever has. Outstanding service. Immediate response to our call. Within three hours a Precision Door Mechanic was at our home. Daniel did an excellent job evaluating the damage and explaining the necessary repairs and cost. He completed the job in a timely manner. Daniel not only repairied the damaged door but put the door back into operation as if it were new. His professionalism and quality of work was outstanding. If only others in the service industry treated prospective customers as well as Daniel handled the Pucketts He should be rewarded for his work and be placed in a leadership role in your company, where he can train and manage other employees which in the end, will enhanse your company's business. Our service rep was extremely personable, efficient and helpful. He replaced our too small motor with a powerful Genie; and it cuts down nicely on the noise. I am requesting however an invoice with warranty information please. I don't seem to find one in my email. I would definitely recommend Thomas for his excellent service.

Once I selected what I wanted done he got busy. He did a thorough and professional job. I had said I wasn't going to do a review, but since I got emailed one I felt maybe I should. I wouldn't recommend Precision Door. I had two company's (including yours) that tell me I have the wrong springs installed. The irony is, your company installed them and won't stand behind them. Yes, it was before I bought the home with the springs, but I am shocked when the company that installed them, says they are wrong, yet, won't replace them, but they will sell me new ones. Then, the head unit is bad (possibly because of wrong springs?) Of course, they will sell me a new head unit. Joel, the tech, calls "the boss" and gets me "special pricing". It reminded me of buying a vehicle. (let me talk to my manager). All in all, very disappointed in Precision Door. I would neither recommend nor use them.
