I purchased this new garage door in April of this year. I was given a can of lubricant spray to use twice a year. I was unclear about what I should and should not spray. I called the office, a friendly and helpful lady listened to my question, researched it herself and gave me instructions. I still was not clear; she scheduled a service call. Zion arrived this morning, sprayed the spring and the drums; and spent several minutes providing more guidance for the future. No charge. I am very pleased that I chose Precision Garage Door company and recommend it for quality produce and friendly, prompt service. The service I received is not listed below but I had to click on something to complete this review.

The technician,Thomas Norman, was very professional & helpful. He explained the problem thoroughly. He had to replace the motor. He even assisted me in setting the myQ app on my phone & showed me all the features it offers. Any future service and repair work will be done by Precision.

We had service done with Precision Garage Door Before today (2021). And with the Garage Door issue this time, we knew who to call and we could depend on. The estimate was given, the Door was closed as far as it could go and secured. We had an appointment made the same day for ASAP. The installation guys were fantastic and had us up and running within the designated time frame. Very Professional, On time, Courteous.. I cannot say enough about Precision Garage Door Service.

My garage door wasn’t working properly. I called Precision Garage Doors and was able to get a Saturday appointment. That alone, was a A+ for me. Then, Thomas comes to my home, immediately he was very impressive. Very polite, then in no time he has both doors working. Thomas is the BEST!!! I was very impressed. Rare for me. I don't usually bother doing reviews because I feel most are BS. I am gonna make an exception because Joel Mullen, the service tech, deserves it. I am retired and used to turn wrenches, as a robotics tech, for a living. So I feel I know a professional when I see one. Joel was knowledgeable, efficent, and fixed the problem without trying to upsell me on unneeded parts or services. Precision was the second company that I asked to look at my concerns. The first I dismissed after 5 mins. of useless BS. While not the cheapest option, if you want it done right look no further.

Your technician , Thomas Norman, called ahead and showed up very quickly. He quoted a price, my wife and I thought was too high. Tom asked what it would take to do the job. We asked for $1000.00 less and then agreed. Tom was one of the best technicians I’ve ever met. As a fellow Veteran, I appreciated his great work ethic. I would describe him as an expert “Craftsman” at his trade. Very pleased with the job, but also think the price of the motor and material was very over-priced.

I jammed my garage door and needed quick help. Danial was able to help about 3 hours after my phone call, very fast response. When Danial arrived, he did a complete review of my garage door and pointed out some potential problems related to the door being 43 years old. He gave me a very concise list of proposed work and costs. Since I had been planning to upgrade the door to be more hurricane secure and replace bottom seal, he gave me a quote on these items as well. I accepted and he began work. Danial was very good at explaining the process and answered my questions with great professionalism. I hope if I ever need work again, I will be able to request Danial.

We made an appointment for the next day and the technician was personable and knowledgeable. He identified the problem with our overhead garage door, and added an external keypad. He also noted some concerns that would require repairs sooner rather than later. He was professional and I never had the feeling I was being manipulated into buying something I did not need. Very matter of fact and his observations were reasonable, as were his explanations of what was wrong and how best to fix it. I would highly recommend this company and especially our technician to anyone in need of overhead garage door service.

We booked our service appointment online through the Precision website which was quick and easy. Communication prior to our service was thorough and Ulysses arrived within the time range we scheduled. He was polite and knowledgeable. He explained everything that required replacing inspecting every component. Our garage door was repaired and running smoothly in under an hour. All charges were presented beforehand, so there were no surprises. We will definitely call on Precision when our door requires repair or maintenance.

While changing my rollers I screwed up and the cables came loose. They charged 350 dollars for an hours worth of labor to put my own cables back on. The invoice said rehang door. Will never call them again! The tech told me if I wanted the door quiet I would need to change to a belt drive. B.S I lubed it myself and now it's quiet!

I contacted Precision at 8:30 AM Thursday morning 10/24. My door was inoperable. I spoke to Molly about my situation and she was able to schedule Joel her technician to be at my home late in the same day. What great service by Precision. The tech arrived around 6 pm and by 7 PM Joel repaired my door. There was no service charge. Just paid for parts and labor with a 10% discount. Joel was excellent and very experienced.
