The day I called for an appointment because my door wouldn’t open, I immediately got a phone rep who was able to schedule me within 3 hours the same day. The technician, Beau McClure with a 5 ?? rating, called to tell me when to expect him, and texted a photo of himself as well. He was punctual, courteous, professional, and concerned that I knew exactly what he had replaced, why, and how to work the new controls. He’s not worth 5 ??, he’s worth 10+ ??!! I would recommend this company and its service to anyone. I only wish I had switched years ago. Thank you, Beau and Precision Door Service!!

The service person was “Nick” and he was outstanding! He arrived at my home within two hours of being requested. He was able to give me an estimate on repair costs and discuss in detail with me. He quickly repaired my garage door and it was easy to see that he knew what he was doing. Great service!

After several garage door torsion springs in our neighborhood failed we decided to have the Precision look at the existing, builder installed springs. As expected the springs were deteriorating. Precision's service personnel made recommendations for an upgrade. The options were clearly explained and after our decision they upgraded the entire system. It is now quiet, safe and perfect! We had actually called one of your competitors because they were nearer to us. But, at the last minute they notified us they could not repair our garage door until the last week of September (a month after our original call to them -- they simply had no manpower). I called Precision Door and made an appointment to find out why my door was slamming shut. Scott called to let me to let me know when he would arrive. He was right on time. I previously had the springs replaced by another company. The other company came out and stated all was fine with the springs and tried to adjust the door closer. It did not help. Scott did a complete assessment of the problem and took time to adjust the closer. He did what the other company did not. That was to satisfy the customer. I greatly recommend Scott and Precision to anyone who needs garage door service. I would definitely use them again.

Precision Door installed a conversion package on my 1980s style door opener, and did so without a hitch. Scott came first to diagnose my problem and perfectly articulated the needed repairs and costs for me. He was courteous and efficient. Later that day, Kevin came to do the conversion, took just over an hour, and was also professional, skilled, and did a great job. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this firm to anyone.

Our door was serviced on 8/5/21. After 3 emails to Mr Walden and Mr Cain and 1 message left for them with Customer Service to discuss a few issues, I have had no response. That is not what I would call acceptable customer service.

Scott was extremely cooperative as he stopped by after visiting a neighbor to assess our garage door and the need to replace the spring and roller mechanism. He was thorough in his inspection and estimate and offered a variety of options for replacing other items for the door. We have an appointment to complete the work on Monday, August 16, 2021. My garage door would not open and it was Friday afternoon. I called a garage door company and they said they could help on Wednesday. I wouldn't have my vehicle until Wednesday. So, I called Precision and they said they could come out Saturday morning. Scott came out, gave an assessment, Chris came and installed the door. They were professional, timely and did great work! Very professional and prompt. Called about noon for a checkup on a garage door that wouldn't work. Tech was here by 3:15 and said that a complete replacement was needed and that they could get it fixed that afternoon. A 2nd tech came to help within 15 min and they had the whole job done by 6pm. I would use them again if there were any other problems.

Impressed with Precision experience through process. Informative initial call and a convenient scheduled appointment for a free estimate with option to hire. Immediate appointment confirmation, with an appointment reminder email and text. Most impressive was a text right before the appointment with a photo of the technician (Scott Mathew) along with a brief bio. Plus a phone call from him. Unfortunately lack of funds prevented me from hiring Scott /Precision, but he helped me adjust my garage door panel so it would stay shut with mechanism, and gave option suggestions. Honesty is a valuable commodity. I highly recommend Precision Door, and Scott is an asset to their company.

I thought my knowledge of garage doors was somewhat sufficient, but Scott showed me some things that I really needed to know. My house is 35 years old the doors needed new springs I don't have any opener, was having a hard time opening one. He was so professional and patient.
