Our garage door broke while my husband was leaving for work at 6 am on a Sunday and left my car trapped in our garage and me unable to get to work. Precision Garage Door came up on my Internet search as 24/7 and emergency repair. I was thrilled to speak to a real person who confirmed a technician would be available later that morning. Beau arrived early and was amazing! I was worried out door was going to end up non-functional based on its appearance, but Beau got our door back in working order in no time! Super reasonable rates for our Sunday repair and the estimate for new parts and installation was very reasonable as well.

Precision came the next day after our springs failed and door was too heavy to open. Joel and I discussed price ahead of time and he also inspected the door and noticed the center bearing was missing. The repairs were timely and the adjustments made the door much easier to open and the garage door opener is not challenged as it was. Appreciate the repair.

Jordan is an absolute "SUPER STAR"!!!!! He very quickly diagnosed the problem with my door, under warranty and fixed it very efficiently. My door then operated very nicely, although after discussing with Jordan of ways to quiet the door operation further, he installed new rollers and hinges. This door has never operated this quiet, even after the door change out was done previously. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door service, and ask for Jordan it be your technician, I can't say enough about his all around performance. Jordan exudes professionalism and is a Great Ambassador of Precision Garage Door company!!!!

Great Mechanic. Professional and excellent job performed. Joel cleaned up the garage better than it was prior to work. Everything on the garage panels was replaced. New rollers, cables, springs, belt drive, etc. The only thing that was not replaced was the panels. Great pricing. Joel, Thank You for a great job well done.
