Mike was my service technician. He advised me that parts for a 25, year old genie were no longer available. New sensors were not compatible with the old units. Mike installed a new Genie, took about an hour and a half or so, and runs much quitter, then the old unit. All accomplished in one service call.

Very professional team from the front desk on the phone call to the tech (Beau) that came out and worked on my garage door. I'm a perfectionist and wanted everything on my door to be right. It was found that one of the springs went bad. He recognized that and also that I could use additional braces across my door to meet the wind restriction code. Very happy with the work Beau did.

Thomas did an amazing job repairing the garage door and removing the old screen door that had jammed. He was patient and worked until he figured everything out. It was well after 2130 when he and his partner left. He refused to leave until done. When the door button stopped working your tech was out in less than an hour and had it working in 45 minutes.
