After several garage door torsion springs in our neighborhood failed we decided to have the Precision look at the existing, builder installed springs. As expected the springs were deteriorating. Precision's service personnel made recommendations for an upgrade. The options were clearly explained and after our decision they upgraded the entire system. It is now quiet, safe and perfect!
