The company is amazing, as was the tech that came out to our house. I called Precision Garage Door as my next door neighbor used them to replace their garage door opener and they were very satisfied with this company. This morning, when I went to open the garage door, it would not go up. I called Precision and I had Mike, their technician, at my door in less than 2 hours. What great customer service, as my car was a prisoner in my garage. Mike checked out the situation and gave us a very detailed description of what needed to be done. The estimate was very fair, so we had him do the repairs. We also had him replace the motor with a larger, and quieter, one. By the end of the job, we had a very nice working garage door. Before leaving, Mike took the time to go over the workings of the new programmable wall opener and the outside opener. This company is very professional and very fair with their pricing.

Mr. Tyler Ming came very promptly when we called Precision Garage Door Service, we had a spring problem but also knew the garage door had not been maintained and with age needed service, he gave us multiple quotes of different repairs and two with warranties, with no pressure, also explained what was necessary to fix the problem, could repair immediately this evening, time frame required to solve the problem, he did it!!! And with a pleasant attitude and showed extreme professionalism to complete the service!!! Highly recommend Precision!!! And want to thank Tyler for great service!!! Customer service is alive and well at Precision Garage Door! This place sets the bar for how all service businesses should operate. I called just a day or 2 ago and was greeted promptly by Meghan, who made my appointment for today. Not only did my service tech Tyler Kohns show up on time, he had to wait on me to get there for about 5 minutes. He smiled and shook my hand, saying no worries and went right to work trouble-shooting my Genie 2028 opener. I reminded him that I need an estimate before he actually makes any repairs as I'm on a very strict budget. He found the problem in about 5 minutes, the sensor wire was broken. He fixed it plus reset the carraige, then made sure the wall pad plus both remotes were working correctly. I was kinda stressed out because he never gave me a quote and was worried he was going to jam me. lol...but he instead gave me an estimate for my springs to be installed as I have none now, and said no charge for today. I almost cried with happiness! It was a rough week and this young man was so kind, so quick and professional, and I was comfortable with him being in my home. A few neighbors saw the van there and asked me about the company, which I of course raved about, so expect a few more calls from my neighborhood. I called and bragged on him to the manager Anthony. Please keep this outstanding tech Precision, he's an asset to your company! This is how you do business right!

I wish I could provide these folks with a 6 star rating. The service I received was 1st class. I had an issue with my garage door opener and the service technician was here almost immediately. He was polite, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I will definitely use these folks again in the future.
