While at Spanish Springs listening to music, someone stole my remote from golf cart. I called Precision of Ocala they were able to get me in that day! Tyler Ming was the technician that came out. He was very pleasant, polite, respectful of my property, etc. I can't say enough about him! He was great! He explained everything to me. While there he inspected everything and tuned up my system. I'm a very happy customer!!!

Dillan Thrasher, the Precision Garage Door technician, installed a new belt drive garage door opener, replacing the current failing unit. Dillan was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He arrived on schedule, completed the replacement job in a timely fashion, and ensured everything was working correctly, including my in-car remotes and outdoor keypad. He also inspected and lubricated my second garage door while on-site. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door for anyone requiring repair or replacement of their garage door.

I called just yesterday regarding the chain on my garage door, it started popping right after we had a screen installed. The woman who answered the phone was professional and knowledgeable, even offering to send someone out yesterday. We scheduled for today. Jordan arrived on time, diagnosed the problem immediately; offered solutions, costs and the pros and cons for all options. He ended up repairing the problem within minutes then offered to lubed the door for us. He probably wasn't here 30 minutes in total and we are 100% satisfied with the result. A delightful technician to work with and good work too. A++

5 stars all the way around! Called for a repair Saturday morning at 7:05 AM and had a tech, Jordan Nein at the house by 8:20 AM. Super knowledgeable and friendly. Walked us through the entire repair and gave us great pointers for maintenance to keep everything running smooth. Cannot recommend this company or Jordan Nein enough!

My garage door opener pooped out. I called several companies for an estimate. Precision was in contact with me almost immediately. After establishing the cost of replacing my opener, the opener was replaced with a quality belt driven opener, very quiet. He also suggested replacing the door rollers. My door now works perfectly, is quiet, and the repairman lubricated all the moving parts. Job well done. Would recommend their services.

I was in the garage door business in Denver,CO for over 20 years so I'm very familiar with the day to day operations as a branch manager after Wayne Dalton bought the company I worked for. The experience I had today with your serviceman Jordon was so refreshing. Jordon was clean, polite and professional and very knowledgeable. He identified the problem and proposed a solution at what appears to be a reasonable price. Living in a retirement community we've heard the horror stories of homeowners falling prey to less than honest trades. I must say that I felt extremely comfortable with Precision Garage Door and would highly recommend them.
