SCOTT MAYHEW WAS FANTASTIC!! HE EXPLAINED I NEEDED NEW SPRINGS AND ROLLERS. HE ARRAINGED FOR TWO WORKERS TO BRING THE SPRINGS AND ROLLERS, THEN INSTALL THEM FOR ME. AFTERWARDS THEY WILL DO A SAFETY CHECK TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS WORKING CORRECTLY. i CALLED THIS MORNING AND THEY WERE OUT HERE AT 11:30. FAST-COURTEOUS-FAIR PRICES

For more than 5 years my garage has been used as a storage unit. So, when the garage door opener failed there was little reason to have it fixed immediately. Recently, however, my nephew came from Indiana to help his disabled uncle clean up the garage enough to park my car. I considered the local company that had provided all my previous service and recalled the last time when the technician came and was very rude about my inability to move some items quickly out of his way. I reviewed the other companies on the internet and chose Precision Door Service of Central Florida. I was able to schedule the appointment at my convenience online. At the appointed time technician Scott Mayhew arrived and evaluated my situation. He explained what needed to be done and what my options included. Once I decided on what I could afford to do he asked permission to return the following day to bring a trainee that he wanted to observe the service. He returned as scheduled and began the installation process. He explained each step that he would be taking and when finished he called me to the garage to go over his service. He provided me a service manual for the door opener and explained what I needed to do to maintain the equipment. Throughout the visit Scott was polite and informative. He readily answered all of my questions. At the completion he cleaned up after his work. Since there were some boxes that he needed to move in order to get to his work he returned them to their location ( big points for that) and left me as a very happy home owner. I heartily recommend Precision Door Service of Central Florida.

I am new to the area and the belt on my opener snapped and I didn't know who to call. So I went online and looked over the one that were close by and then did a little research to look at who seemed the best of the three I had picked and could not picked a better place than Precision ! I was scheduled for a monday repair but they finished up a job early on a Saturday and called to see if they could come early. Great ! When they got here Scott & Roger looked over the whole condition of the door & opener and gave me some other things that could make the door run better and gave me the oppertunity to accept the extra work or not - No pressure. When done everything worked great and if I need repairs in the future Precision is who I would call.

Just wrapped up a Precision Door appointment. Scott was our technician and although it always hurts to spend money, Scott made it tolerable with his superb service, knowledge and skill. We had actually called one of your competitors because they were nearer to us. But, at the last minute they notified us they could not repair our garage door until the last week of September (a month after our original call to them -- they simply had no manpower). So, we called Precision and Scott from your company came that same afternoon to examine our door and give us an estimate. This morning he was here at 8 a.m. and repaired it!! We are very pleased!! I called Precision Door and made an appointment to find out why my door was slamming shut. Scott called to let me to let me know when he would arrive. He was right on time. I previously had the springs replaced by another company. The other company came out and stated all was fine with the springs and tried to adjust the door closer. It did not help. Scott did a complete assessment of the problem and took time to adjust the closer. He did what the other company did not. That was to satisfy the customer. I greatly recommend Scott and Precision to anyone who needs garage door service. I would definitely use them again.

Precision Door installed a conversion package on my 1980s style door opener, and did so without a hitch. Scott came first to diagnose my problem and perfectly articulated the needed repairs and costs for me. He was courteous and efficient. Later that day, Kevin came to do the conversion, took just over an hour, and was also professional, skilled, and did a great job. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this firm to anyone.

Scott was extremely cooperative as he stopped by after visiting a neighbor to assess our garage door and the need to replace the spring and roller mechanism. He was thorough in his inspection and estimate and offered a variety of options for replacing other items for the door. We have an appointment to complete the work on Monday, August 16, 2021.
